Vegan Weed Growing

When I started growing, I was kind of grossed out by how much animal product goes into popular nutrients and soils. Blood meal, bone meal, fish emulsion, bat guano — it’s in almost everything marketed as “natural” or “organic.” Figuring out vegan weed growing took way more research than it should have.

This is where I keep track of what I’ve found. Nutrients, soil, and grow methods that don’t rely on animal inputs, checked against the actual label rather than just the marketing. Work in progress, added to as things get verified.

Not an expert, just a dude trying stuff out and writing it down to help others.
